Shipping & returns
We ship using reputable freight companies like TNT, Toll, Aust Post. Price of shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping cart. For areas that are remote, mining or above 26th parallel, please contact us for a freight quote as these areas cannot be validly calculated in the shopping cart.
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. After we have confirmed your payment, we strive to dispatch your order within one working day. Within Australia, please allow for a delivery time of approximately 1-4 days except for country areas which can take up to 10 days. There are no dispatches or deliveries during weekends or public holidays, but we will send a tracking number to your email as soon as we ship your item so you know that it’s safely in transit.
We can arrange Express delivery, just give us a call to arrange it. We usually have your goods dispatched within 1 working day.
For heavy items (over 25kg) you will need a forklift to unload at your place – please do let us know if you are uncertain of what may be required. We can recommend local service providers if needed.
