Pneumatic systems are made up of multiple hoses, valves, fittings, and various other pneumatic accessories. They are designed to work alongside your existing pneumatic fittings and tubing to improve their capabilities. Pneumatic fittings include bolts, adapters, t-fittings, and y-fittings, and are generally threaded for screw fastening or push-in type pneumatic fittings.
Types of Pneumatic Accessories Include:
Blanking Plugs, Tubing Nuts, End Caps, Adapters, Spatter Covers, Locknuts, Washers, Tubing Sleeves, Couplings, and Hoses.
Why Use Pneumatic Fittings?
Using an accessory alongside your fitting can assist with assembly or provide extra functionality. For example, using a blanking plug helps prevent dust and dirt from entering the tube and contaminating the pneumatic system, ensuring better system reliability and longevity.
Which Material Is Best?
Your choice of material will depend on your specific application requirements. We offer a wide range of parts and materials, such as copper washers, PBT plugs, brass locknuts, and stainless steel studs, to suit various industrial environments and durability needs.
The SMC Multi-connector is enables panel mount connections with other apparatus and can provide the reliability of one-touch installation and removal of multi-tubes. As a result, separate transportation of panel and machinery equipment and backup unit exc
Reliable tube retaining force

Tubing Cap KQ2C
The KQ2C one-touch tube caps are used to plug unused nylon and polyurethane tubes. The special profile design of these fittings provides positive sealing under pressure. When the tubing cap is removed from the tube, the chuck and collet are released, thus preventing them from biting into the tube excessively.
The special profile design of the seal provides positive sealing under pressure without reduced flow
Release button allows tube to be removed easily without damage
Maximum operating pressure 10 bar
Maximum vacuum operating pressure -100kPa
Proof pressure 3MPa
Ambient and fluid temperature -5 to +60°C (water 0 to 40°C)
Note
Models with a -X2 suffix in the Mfr Part No. are copper-free (electroless nickel plated).
Tube-to-Tube Fittings & Plugs
Sealant coated threads minimise assembly time. The fittings can be used on vacuum or positive pressure lines. Suitable for use with nylon, soft nylon or polyurethane tube for compressed air or water (general industry) conveyance.
