Male Straight Adaptor

The KQ2 one-touch male straight adaptors are used to pipe in the same direction from a female thread and are suitable for use with nylon and polyurethane tubes. The special profile design of these fittings provides positive sealing under pressure without reducing the flow. When the adaptor is removed from the tube, the chuck and collet are released, thus preventing them from biting into the tube excessively.

The Unifit models have a new standard male thread that reduces the screw-in time by a third. Incorporating a gasket made of stainless sheet covered with laminated NBR on both sides it is seated on the chamfer of a female thread for a perfect sealing construction irrespective of the difference in thread diameters due to different female threads, variation in tolerance or size of chamfer. The Uni thread is suitable for common applications for Rc, G, NPT and NPTF.
Models with a -X2 suffix in the Mfr Part No. are copper-free (electroless nickel plated).
