SMC Air Regulator AR20-B - AR40-B SMC’s new AR-B series pneumatic regulators with a pressure range setting of 0.05 to 0.7 MPa or 0.02 to 0.2 MPa. The modular design of these pneumatic regulators allows connection to other SMC air preparation equipment and the AR-B series can be mounted using a bracket or panel mounted. Note An integral Pressure Gauge is shown on the picture for reference only. It is not supplied as a part of the set and has to be bought separately.

Modular Filter Regulator AW10-B - AW40-B SMC’s AW-B series of compact filter regulators combine a filter and regulator into one unit saving on space a piping. Part of SMC’s modular air prep range the AW-B can be combined with other components such as a lubricator, soft start valve and mist separators of similar body size to meet the requirements of most air preparation systems. These filter regulators are available in a selection of body sizes from 10 to 40 with piping from G1/8” to G1/2” (also available as M5x0.8). Various options are available including normally open or normally closed autodrain function, round or square pressure gauges and panel mounting kits.

IDGF Mounting Brackets Dry Air Systems Compressed air is an essential power source that is widely used throughout industry. This safe, powerful and reliable utility can be the most important part of a production process. However compressed air will contain water, dirt, wear particles, bacteria and even degraded lubricating oil which all mix together to form an unwanted abrasive sludge. This sludge, often acidic, rapidly wears tools and pneumatic machinery, block valves and orifices causing high maintenance and costly leaks. It also corrodes piping systems and can bring a production process to an extremely expensive standstill. Only compressed air that is totally clean and dry will ensure maximum savings.
